Pricing & Calculation Errors:
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Device Deal reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing, listing or calculation error has occurred, including but not limited to product pricing, shipping costs or promotional offers. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Device Deal reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

DELIVERY & STORE PICKUP:

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We will notify you if goods are unavailable.

Device Deal or its agent will deliver goods to the address specified. Anyone at that address is presumed authorised to receive delivery.

Shipping Costs & Adjustments:
Shipping costs provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on delivery location, carrier availability, warehouse location, and product size or weight.

In some cases, particularly for regional or remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply after an order is placed.

Where revised shipping costs cannot be agreed, Device Deal reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.

TITLE & RISK:

Title to goods does not pass until full payment is received. Risk passes upon delivery.

RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS:

All product returns are subject to DEVICE DEAL's Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICES & PHOTOS:

Accessible capacity of hard drives may be less due to pre-installed software and recovery partitions. Up to 8GB used for recovery partition may be unavailable. Recovery discs not included with some brands of desktop PCs & notebooks.

Device Deal aims to include up-to-date pictures and specifications of all of the goods. However, our picture and/or description of the goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods. Images are for illustration purposes only, actual product may differ. Device Deal reserves the right to refuse sales of OEM software to unqualified customers. In this case, all payment relevant to the OEM software will be refunded. Though Device Deal makes every effort to ensure the enforcement of the OEM policy by respective manufacturers, customer has the responsibility to adhere to the policy when making purchase.
